Ray Morneau returns to the APC Racing Series after winning the Delaware Track championship last season. Morneau hails from Windsor, Ontario and pilots the #03 car.
Ray has 15 starts with the APC Late Models and has secured 3 Top 5 finished and 4 top 10 finishes in those 15 starts.
The John Aarts Group, Iron Mike Industries, Dayna's Desserts, Reid Farms, Hallmark Memorial sponsored machine will be back on track this season.
